Onna teams up with Box to centralize eDiscovery efforts for customers

Onna
February 3, 2020

Onna is thrilled to announce its most recent integration with Box — a leading Cloud Content Management platform that enables 97,000 organizations to accelerate business processes, power workplace collaboration and protect their most valuable information, all while working with a best-of-breed enterprise IT stack.

As one of our turnkey integrations, we’ve always admired Box’s “customer-first” mentality. After seeing the fragmentation of the eDiscovery process that their customers experience when trying to collect from multiple applications at once, Box and Onna teamed up. Being that Onna is an eDiscovery solution for many of today’s emerging workplace applications, with this new integration, Box provides its customers with an eDiscovery solution that makes their lives easier in their platform and beyond.

With Onna, organizations that use Box can centralize their eDiscovery efforts by integrating not only Box, but also all of their other enterprise applications in the same place. Not only does this provide exceptional eDiscovery capabilities for Box users, but also Box users that double as GSuite users, Zendesk users, Slack users and more. As companies that streamline critical business processes, Box and Onna understand the value of doing more, with less.

“Today’s fast-paced work environment demands seamless collaboration and best-of-breed app integrations so that organizations can get their most critical work done in a simple and secure way,” says Jeetu Patel, Chief Product Officer of Box.

“One of Box’s differentiated capabilities is its integration with enterprise applications, an approach shared by Onna, making them an excellent fit for the Box ecosystem. We’re excited to work with Onna to help our customers easily leverage a leading eDiscovery solution while working with their most important content.”

Onna’s open API allows organizations to simultaneously collect and process the data they need — nothing more, nothing less. Onna’s rapid machine learning paired with precise search capabilities makes it easier than ever to customize collections and avoid unnecessary processing costs. Once data is in Onna, users have immediate access to it. Users can set legal holds, review and collaborate on evidence, and even export data into the review platform of their choice. Onna allows you to search across your entire tech stack at once, so you can find exactly what you need in seconds — and that’s great news for Box customers.
